2nd eSafety Forum Plenary Meeting, 17 November 2003

The 2nd Plenary Session of the eSafety Forum took place in Madrid, Spain on 17 November 2003 concurrent to the 10th World ITS Congress. The Forum featured high-level plenary speakers and a panel discussion on the Draft Summary Report 2003 of the Working Groups, which was completed after the Forum and complemented with the Forum Recommendations.
