Introducing the i2010 Intelligent Car Initiative
The i2010 Intelligent Car Initiative builds on three pillars: the work done in the framework of the eSafety initiative, the results of "ICT for road safety" research projects co-financed by the European Union for more than the past decade, and activities raising the awareness of road users of Intelligent Safety Systems with the aim to speed up the take-up and deployment of such systems.
The launch event at the Autoworld Museum was the first concrete action under the pillar of awareness-raising activities.
