eScope releases third newsletter!

The EC-supported eScope project has just published its third newsletter. The document features a wrap-up of the eCall experts meeting in Switzerland and details about the eScope Observers meeting which took place in November. It also provides information about the 2nd eSafety Communication of the European Commission and a summary of recent eSafety Forum Working Group activities.
